When a wet probe condition, fault condition or unsafe grounding status is detected, the system can trigger alarm and output an interlock signal to stop loading, helping prevent oil spills and improve site safety.
During terminal and tank farm loading operations, oil spills can disrupt operations and create environmental and personnel safety risks.

The system connects to the tank truck probes and receives status signals from each compartment.
The controller monitors the wet/dry status of each probe in real time and verifies whether grounding conditions are safe.
When all probe conditions are normal and grounding is properly verified, the loading process can continue.
If a wet probe, fault condition or unsafe grounding condition is detected, the system triggers alarm and outputs an interlock signal to prevent loading from continuing.
